What are macros? Macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates, fat. These three primary macronutrients play a crucial role in a healthy diet and based on your goals, your macros should look different!

This Custom Macro Count provides you with a nutrition audit to see what you're currently eating and we can guide you based on what is currently part of your routine, custom macro counts so you know how much of each macronutrient to strive for each day, and a one-on-one call with me to talk through how to hit those goals with ease!

 

Here's how it works:

For one week, you'll track your current eating habits (no diet yet—just honest insight).

You'll use MyFitnessPal to track everything you eat, even those little bites and tastes, by weighing and measuring your food.

Record all your data (including activity) in my custom nutrition audit form.
